Order Processing:
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Custom or out-of-stock items may require additional processing time. If so, this will be clearly communicated upon placing the order.
Delivery Time:
- Domestic (Within India): 5–7 business days (Delivery timelines vary by location).
- International: Currently, we ship only within India.
Delivery Partners:
We work with trusted courier services to ensure your order arrives safely and on time.
Delivery Confirmation:
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Returns Policy
If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may initiate a return within the timeframes specified below.
- Items must be Unused, Uninstalled, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
- Bathroom Fittings must show no signs of installation, usage, or surface damage.
- Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Key Timeframes:
- Damaged/Defective Items: Must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. (An unboxing video is mandatory for claims).
- Change of Mind Returns: Must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or damaged. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 15 business days.
